The Alpine Classic: We exclusively use the premium signature blend from the Winkler dairy for maximum creaminess and rich flavor.

Sides: Freshly baked bread, tender baby potatoes (Drillinge), button mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, olives, cherry tomatoes, and crunchy seasonal vegetables.

  • Mediterranean Cheese Fondue

South meets Alps: Our special cheese blend refined with aromatic sun-dried tomatoes and a savory herb paste.

Sides: Bread, baby potatoes, button mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, olives, cherry tomatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

  • Mediterranean Ocean Fondue

Light & Exquisite: A premium selection of fresh king prawns, succulent salmon, and finest monkfish.

Sides: Mediterranean vegetables, baby potatoes, crusty bread, olives, cherry tomatoes, and fresh seasonal vegetables.

  • Traditional Meat Fondue

Best from the Butcher: Choice cuts of beef, pork, and tender corn-fed chicken for the ultimate meat lover's experience.

  • Thai-Spiced Fondue (Modern Twist)

Far Eastern Adventure: King prawns, corn-fed chicken, and beef in an aromatic Tom Kha-style coconut broth, served with fresh wok vegetables.

Starting at 3:00 PM, our DJ sets the mood on the terrace before the evening takes a culinary leap in our fondue restaurant. Enjoy newly interpreted fondue variations – relaxed, à la minute, and without any pre-ordering. The perfect mix of party, lifestyle, and indulgence in Sölden!

The Panorama Alm is ideally situated right next to the slope above Sölden. You can easily reach us in both summer and winter via the tarmac Panorama Path. Whether on foot, by bike or by car – getting to our fondue restaurant is easy!

Our exclusive fondue evenings take place during the main season. A special highlight in summer is “Fondue & Beats”: Every Saturday from June 27th to August 22nd, our DJ kicks off the vibes on the terrace at 3:00 PM, followed by culinary highlights in our restaurant.
