Panorama Alm: Restaurant, Après Ski, Breakfast and all with a view
We’re all about authentic enjoyment and relaxation in Sölden – whatever the season. In winter, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner right by the slopes or join in the après-ski celebrations, whilst in summer you can unwind on our sun terrace after a hike. Take in the sweeping views across the Ötztal valley whilst we treat you to culinary delights:
Our kitchen serves up authentic Tyrolean specialities, Brettljause, fondue, as well as burgers, chips every day, whilst our bar serves draught beer, fine cocktails and refreshing drinks. From the first gondola in the morning until sunset, we are your hub for enjoyment and adventure in the heart of the Sölden mountains.
Panorama Alm – Drinks, Restaurant & Après-ski
Right next to the valley run and the hiking trails – the obvious place to stop for a bite to eat or a break during your mountain hike. From 3 pm onwards in winter, our DJ gets the party started, making our après-ski the perfect spot to celebrate the day’s skiing with friends and a few cold drinks.
If you’re hungry after a day of sport and hiking, you’ll find culinary delights and a great atmosphere here from morning until evening. Whether you’re in skiwear, cycling gear or hiking boots: up here, it’s all about good food and a relaxed atmosphere.
Winters Alpine Breakfast
Alpine Breakfast – A morning boost with stunning views: Start your day between 9am and 11am with a cappuccino, orange juice, scrambled eggs or a hearty skier’s breakfast. Recharge your batteries for long days of skiing, extended hikes or cycling adventures in the Bike Republic Sölden.
Winters Lunch Break
Lunch – Views & Tyrolean cuisine: From 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, we serve up authentic mountain hut classics. Treat yourself to Tyrolean Gröstl straight from the pan, a succulent roast beef with onions, fresh salads, Wiener schnitzel or our fluffy Kaiserschmarrn with apple compote.
Dinners with a view in summer
Enjoy a special dinner in Sölden – with stunning views of the Ötztal Alps. In our restaurant, you can savour regional specialities, Alpine cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere high above the valley.

From winter 2025/26, there will be even more space to party and chill out at the Panorama Alm!
- New XXL terrace with outdoor bar, umbrella roof, radiant heaters, and light show—plus a chill south-facing terrace lounge.
- Your skis are safely stored in the new ski lockers.
- And for all hungry heads: burgers, snacks, and more are available at the Summit Grill right at the entrance from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Your dog-friendly restaurant in Sölden
Enjoy a relaxing holiday with your dog in Sölden with us. The Panorama Alm is situated right next to the hiking trails and is the perfect place to unwind after your adventures together. We know what dog owners appreciate: just let us know when you book, and we’ll be happy to arrange a quiet table away from the main walkways – complete with a water bowl and a cosy blanket.
Our tip for New Year’s Eve & peaceful nights: our neighbouring Grünwald Resort, with its newly built, soundproof holiday flats, chalets and apartments, offers the ideal retreat. Especially on New Year’s Eve, dogs sensitive to noise will find the peace they need here, whilst you celebrate at the Panorama Alm.

You’ll find us at the Grünwald Resort, just above Sölden, right next to the slopes and hiking trails.
On foot & by car: The Alm is easily accessible via the Panoramastraße by taxi or car, and parking is available. This is ideal for guests who want to come for fondue in the evening or who aren’t skiing. A winter stroll or an easy hike from Sölden also leads straight to us.

Your holiday apartment in Sölden: The Grünwald Resort
If you don’t want to head back down to the valley at all, you’ll find your accommodation right next door. The Grünwald Resort offers first-class apartments, holiday flats and chalets, as well as a heated outdoor pool and sauna right next to the slopes and bike trails. That way, you’ll be the first on the mountain in the morning: true ski-in, ski-out
