Via the piste 21 & 22, on foot to the Panorama Road or by car directly to the door. No matter how you come to us, the hearty Weisswurst breakfast is already waiting for you.
Weisswurst for breakfast? Yes, of course!
We Tyroleans also love the Bavarian Weisswurst breakfast. Weisswurst, pretzel, sweet mustard and a wheat beer. In short, this is the heaven of our northern neighbors. To ensure that the Weißwurst tastes the way we're used to from the Bavarians, and that it doesn't burst open during preparation, it's not placed in boiling water, but merely soaks in it.
And also with the eating of the white sausage there are in Bavaria and naturally also with us clear rules. A Weisswurst is not eaten with knife and fork, but "zuzelt". So up to the Panorama Alm for a morning pint of Weißwurst and Weißbier.
