Regional Quality: The Mountain Melt is based on an exclusive premium blend from the Winkler dairy — local, artisanal, and incredibly creamy. Our Meat Fondue is sourced from local butchers, featuring tender cuts of beef, pork, and corn-fed chicken.

Private Wine Collection: Our team is happy to recommend the perfect bottle to complement your fondue — available directly on-site upon request.

The Location: Situated at 1,529 meters above Sölden, directly on the slopes and accessible via the paved Panorama Road. The south-facing terrace enjoys direct sunlight until approximately 8:30 PM in summer, with the astronomical sunset following around 9:15 PM in July. If you begin your Fondue Evening at 5:00 PM, you can spend the first few hours soaking up the sun with an unparalleled view over the Ötztal valley.

At our Fondue Restaurant, there is no fixed menu that needs to be ordered days in advance. During our Fondue Evenings, you decide spontaneously what to enjoy – we prepare five unique variations fresh on the spot.

From local meats to our signature Thai-Spiced Fondue: you choose your favorite while Sölden lies below you and the valley lights begin to sparkle.

Starting at 3:00 PM, our DJ sets the vibe on the terrace before the evening reaches its culinary peak in our Fondue Restaurant. Enjoy our modern take on fondue variations – served à la minute in a relaxed atmosphere and without the need for a reservation. The perfect mix of party, lifestyle, and indulgence in Sölden!
